I bought an action phone protection, non-compliant article which clearly damaged my new phone I show up to action (Auch) I come across a very nice lady who sends me a very arrogant salesman !!! He totally refuses to pass the warranty he sends me clearly bowled and he goes away because as he said to me "if I reimburse the 100 people there is in the store, we do how to run the store" AS IF ACTION WAS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HOLE !!! Forcing to take baskets in full Covid is not very smart, especially since people leave their basket on the shelves, do not necessarily know hygiene, it's not at all professional for a store supposedly respectful of barrier gestures!
Poor reception, I ask for information, the saleswoman turns her back on me ....... ?????.
