Salaün Holidays

Hello 1 star C is even too much ... To avoid !!!! Until now we were satisfied with Thomas Cook, which has become Salaun Holidays. The staff of the agency are pleasant and relatively competent unfortunately the salaun holidays group has absolutely no regard for its clients. You are abandoned at 7000 km, telling you that you have to manage to get back because there is a problem with the Corsair airlines and apparently they don't want to go to another airline ... By the way, we learned this from friends because no one from the agency had warned us ... So come home on your own, sir lady !!! Or try to see with the embassy or the insurance companies (we were given 3 or 4 anyway !!!) if they want to help you ....... When we manage to return to France by our own means (and our own money ...) I ask for compensation, not without difficulty because it is impossible to reach whoever is .... And there they send me a credit ... Me delighted !! I say to myself a great commercial gesture given the many problems encountered (including the wrong room, abandonment on the other side of the world, the time wasted trying to find a solution etc ...) and the shortened trip . Ah they are pro at salaun !!!! Except that today almost 4 months later and after having informed me to use this credit note, I am informed that it is an error and that it is not valid .... well according to them !! So ultimately they are not that professional! See not even at all. So legal protection department and apparently the credit is valid ... So next step if it stays like that, go to the Directorate of Population Protection (fraud repression), consumer defense and complaint association ... So in the future you might as well go to leclerc, lidl travel, etc ... The service and benefits are not inferior (we have tried!) But it is cheaper and we may not abandon customers to their sad goes out on the other side of the world ... On the other hand, to be completely honest, there is still something that works well at Salaun .... Accounting .... Because there was no problem at all when we paid the almost 4000 euros for the trip !!!!! And all this for only 2 days to really enjoy it.

Travel to Santorini this spring: a rotten hotel rotten home .... And Thomas Cook does not want to make the slightest gesture of compensation on the grounds that he can not know all the establishments ... Crazy no ... By contrast for the rates, that they know well ... 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
