We went through this agency in March 2020 for our honeymoon trip to Martinique. The agency has prepared a dream holiday for us. Except that the first confinement happened during the stay. We were repatriated before the end of the stay. It took 8 months to get a response regarding a credit note. But it's done, have been valid for 18 months

For the 5th time, we met Marie-Camille to ask for advice for a trip ... no regret, kindness and professionalism allowed us to choose a destination corresponding to our expectations. This adviser went to the end of our wishes by taking care of the choice of places in the plane and the registration. Finally a pros agency, listening and serving its customers.

We went through their agency for several trips including two trips for which we could appreciate the integrity and professionalism of this agency: the United States where we needed to make a last-minute change, which was quickly taken care of, and Scotland in self-tour where Havas handled a dispute at the delivery of the vehicle!
