I do not understand the negative comments about this agency, the staff are always very welcoming, they are always very smiling and responsive. I have always been well advised and, whether in an agency or via the app, customer service is very fast and always there to advise us, I recommend!

I have been a agricultural credit client for years in this agency. I have always been satisfied. Except that the past few months, given the period my account does not follow. I have found a job and the wages will fall. Despite my requests my card was still blocked and the additions will still be charged. I am not reminded then that I asked for it three times, I am seriously starting to lose patience and to believe that it is me at fault given the telephone reception of his last days ... I still have not recalled to date.

Accessibility for the disabled is not there. the opening of the doors is not accessible either. And welcoming someone is not enough
