Disrespectful person who does not question himself following a poorly carried out service does not reset the OCS (oil control system) computer to zero with the diagnostic kit during the oil change. This generates an engine oil dilution fault code in the computer after a few kilometers on the odometer. Problem solved at another Renault garage (car under warranty) .Which by the way, oil change at your place is my responsibility at your colleague taken care of !! After resetting the OCS no more worries !!! your colleague is surprised that a Renault garage did not do it (therefore incomplete revision)! Forced regeneration of the DPF (not recommended even after expert opinion on an engine still under warranty) but hey we can clearly see your professional conscience.

A garage run by 2 young people, professionals, good work, own workshop deadlines and correct prices. Lack of warmth at reception, however, to improve relationships and sales. However good address of good craftsmen.
