Axa rest I think a good insurance on the services they offer but this agency axa is to be avoided. Already 2 weeks to have correct quotes for 3 different contracts in the end that 2 of sign because the third (we will say that it did not work on their side), copies of gray card and allowed for the information for the quotes have n not been returned correctly this time to extension for quotes, the last call to confirm the information it was in fourth gear because the person had to take his bus. And to crown all I have brought this day a paper missing, the secretary tears me do not apologize, puts in fault his photocopier (it happens often with the photocopier) tells me that it will try to repair but in view of the experience I preferred to charge myself and I was entitled to the remark that I was not a nice person. So to conclude, staff at the limit of disrespect, barely polite and not at all up to what is expected of his insurance agent. I am waiting for the mandatory year and I would transfer these contracts and the others elsewhere, fortunately I did not transfer all the other contracts. The other axa agency is surely more competent.
