The apartment is ideally located in a one-way street in downtown Aurillac. Nearby, a few shops (a Pizzeria, a bakery 🥖 pastries 🥧, a butcher, etc ...) As for the apartment, it is very pleasant to live in and the decoration is very nice. There are all the comforts for a good stay in the region. In short, very interesting price / performance ratio for a weekend.

Apartment well fitted out, cozy, comfortable and above all for a rather low price. The big TV is a plus and the availability of Netflix is ​​top (it's weird that the menus are in Spanish). On the other hand, it is sorely lacking in shelves and storage in the bathroom (which is a bit too small given the size of the apartment). The bed is comfortable without being top (the mattress sags under the weight after a few hours). The lack of air conditioning was not a problem (but it was not scorching). It is crossing. The street side is noisy but the double glazing is effective. The courtyard side is quiet.
