Band of cheaters and thieves, I rented 2 apartments and they scammed me for a total of 700 euros, by different means: by never installing the missing water meter and charging a fixed amount 3x higher than our use real. They also redistributed the charges from 2016 to 2018 (higher tariffs) resulting in an increase in charges by 60 EUR. Not to mention that the building loads have been lifted several times and have almost doubled in 6 years. Zero willingness to repair fraud even if it is clearly indicated (with proof). Never rent with them !!!
