Obliged to go through to prepare for retirement .. impeccable and no delay

totally unreachable and it is useless to go because the office only accepts by appointment ..... the joke

I am not at all satisfied because, to retire on April 1, 2018, I started all formalities and procedures in September 2017, and it is only in February-March 2018 that AGIRC-ARRCO and CICAS woke up to ask for additional documents. This is followed by an incredible galley for repetitive mail from CICAS to LILLE and AGIRC ARRCO to CHARTRES (while I have a CICAS AGIRC ARRCO office at 250 or 300 meters from home !!!), to always claim me documents that were specified that I no longer had them in my possession (probably lost during a move). It is then allowed to ask how CICAS works (regrouping AG2R La Mondiale and AGIRC ARRCO). Documents or copies should have been sent by CICAS to AG2R La Mondiale and this has not been done. It is therefore permissible to question the working methods between the offices .... How many offices are there in these premises and how many times will they ask me the same documents ???
