Agency that should have closed my account since sending a letter requesting it with the necessary supporting documents since Friday. Still no closing and no money on my account in my reference bank that this one assures me that it's the kind of savings bank to pretend not to have received the closing request letter in order to Do not lose a customer. Very disappointed and I will call them until my request is successful! Following the story I phoned on July 12 to complain loudly they told me that the bank check had been sent on Tuesday and not they posted it right after my call you are not at all professional and liars!

We are very disappointed with this agency unpleasant counselor who does not accept the way we manage our money my parents have made investments deceased father mother who is 89 years old is no longer free to manage his money we are outraged that his money belongs to the fund savings and this counselor may see his portfolio fall at the expense of customers our mother has memory loss but excusable for his age we are told to put tutelle what shame .... We had an appointment 15h she tells us 15:30 and we pretend to be people who have memory pbs look for the error ??? We do not recommend this agency even less this counselor hoping that these opinions are read by management if no return from them we will try to intervene otherwise
