to flee !! advisor who does not know how to do anything, who never answers the email, who does not make the telephone appointments made because he does not know how to solve the technical problem that I encounter in my customer area. Above all, do not take out a mortgage because listening attentively at the start and the credit is no longer sound or image. i have never seen so much contempt in a bank.

I put 1 star because I have to put one .. otherwise it would be a dotted zero! No customer follow-up, emails and calls go unanswered and one good day and after 3 weeks with no return, your advisor, whose name I will not mention, simply invites you to go elsewhere and change bank. lamentable!
