A catastrophic bank, non-existent follow-up and support, unanswered emails and calls, an establishment to be avoided! We have been trying to close our accounts since April 2020. It was very easy to open these accounts there but getting out is another matter ... An advisor who changes along the way without being warned and a new advisor who we have never seen and who does not respond to requests ... We have never seen that and have the feeling of being despised and denigrated by these people ... It goes without saying that we absolutely advise against 'go to this bank !!!

Incompetent. They respond to emails when it suits them. It is very difficult to follow up with the same person. It has been several months since I no longer have access to my online accounts and the problem is still not resolved. I have been trying to close my accounts since November 2020.

I have been a client of this bank for 22 years. The service has become deplorable, even nonexistent I could even say that the customer is for them the C ... service! No communication with their customers, blocking without warning, I discovered by wishing to pay my purchases and of course they took 6 days before reminding me !! the fees I do not even mention it ... !!! Loan application I waited 4 months to have the money on my account, they invent a fake excuses, say that they do the necessary and in fact do not handle anything. Make money on the backs of their customers. I do not recommend for the world this bank ... bank to run away !!!!
