1. I tried to call to make a reservation several times but I did not get an answer. I had to go physically to book a session. 2. I asked for a design they said they could do, but the whole technique was different. I just kept silent because there are many ways to get the same result. my nails started to form bubbles that ruined everything. I went back and was told that the bubbles were due to the design. which makes no sense because I did it several times. now it's less than a week and the polish is peeling off and my nails are breaking. worst experience of my life !!
