A scam ! We rented a 208 for January 3rd. The day the car was received, the condescending seller pretended to be an "error" in the contract. We had to cancel and start a new, more expensive contract. Obviously the sum of the 1st contract had already been debited. Today we are still awaiting reimbursement for their error. We were robbed of 200 € !! Never again Europcar. TO AVOID !

First rental in this agency. Rental in the course of work. Vehicle in every respect according to my request. Very friendly staff very welcome and delivery of the vehicle on time. Quoted price is the most advantageous compared to my request for unlimited mileage. In short I think I will return

Booking problems that were not theirs (apparently) but the very unfriendly gentleman of the reception is just a shame. Nothing to do that you are in the m ****, it does not grant you any interest, until you leave. Never seen. Fortunately the competitor France cars is a trader.
