Customer service is undeniably the most important thing for your business to get right. I would say you have nice collections of clothes and affordable prices. I went to go shopping in BERSHKA LA VALENTINE MARSEILLE FRANCE and I was so disgusted about the attitude of the cashier. I was about to pay my item and the she told me to pay to the counter because she was just taking of the anti theft thing...not even a smile. I tried to get the item but she violently took the item from me it's like I will steal them. She did not excuse herself. I think she is not made for the job. WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid my item and left the store then suddenly I realized that I need to correct her attitude. I came back to the store and ask the security to talk to the supervisor and helas the supervisor was HER. I did not hesitate to talk to her and make her understand that I did not liked her attitude and she told me " I need to go faster" that's it, no excuse from her side. She just turned her back at me. I don't think she is made for the position as a Supervisor. She is very unhelpful, impolite, poor after sales service, poorly trained who lack knowledge and skills to perform her tasks.
