Does not respect the appointments Waiting room more than full

My doctor being on leave, I call them to have an appointment exceptionally to have a medical certificate filled out for my employer, they refuse me an appointment on the pretext that they are not taking new patients. Yet I did certify that I had an attending physician and that he was on vacation. They send me to the number of a doctor on call. In the middle of the Covid period, I don't see myself bothering a doctor on call for so little. Very disappointed with this medical center which is nevertheless renowned for its sympathy. 👎

I am going to phone the office for an appointment with Doctor Grabli, I was very badly received, I have rarely had such an unpleasant reception. It is a pity especially that I have been patient for many years.
