This is no longer what it was ... More than 30 years that I have been with this mutual ... That I pay a good sum which should bring me comfort and serenity ... As before !!! For 3 years it has been disappointing ... See even shameful ... Unpleasant staff ... Incompetence in handling files ... Great skill in losing them on the other hand ... Claims 3 times to see 4 times the same document .. Do not even know your guarantees so ... their customers !!! Repayment file that lasts ... Who lasts .... Qui duuuuure .... Avoid this agency ... Avoid this mutual ... I will probably change .... Enough is enough !!! How they say in the ad ... "we are a bond ...." and "let's decide together to live better" uh .... It's a joke, isn't it ???

this one is still not updated after several visits and calls (to 3111 since the Bethune agency is unable to answer! But to debit it the sum of the so-called addition of a person, that they know how to do !! !

Since the beginning of June I have sent the dentist invoice of 930 euros! To date, still no reimbursement, on my visit I was just told to ask the dentist to wait to deposit the check at 9! C is in addition the colleague of the lady who received me who advised me to do it because seeing me distraught in front of his colleague who could not properly inform me to intervene! I really felt like bothering him! WE are on July 06 and still nothing and impossible to have someone on the phone and when I think I finally have 1 advisor after 15 minutes it hangs up!
