The counselor who looked after me was friendly and attentive. She took the time to offer me different models of rings despite the imminent closure of the store and I found my happiness.

Me and my partner came to look at the wedding rings for our wedding next year, we were very well received and found our happiness. Funny, smiling and very friendly saleswoman. Thank you for his kindness. We will come back.

Disappointing in the after-sales service, my daughter bought two bracelets in two months they broke both one at the clasp and the other at the chain level only one exchange mine does not pass the guarantee at the same time a customer brings the same type of broken bracelet also they claim as to me 8 € to repair I note that it is indeed a problem of quality it is shameful knowing the many returns which do not pass in guarantee it is badly honest on behalf of the sign !! ! To avoid

If I had been able to put zero stars I would have done so, staff not reflecting a good image of the company, very very unpleasant. I come this Saturday August 22, 2020 to pierce the ears of my niece. The little one looks at the earrings, a client comes for the same thing the saleswoman tore off the panel of models from the little one and saying very curtly that the model she saw is no longer available. The little one very disappointed, on top of that I hear the saleswoman say to her colleague "anyway it's not her mother" once again with a very haughty tone it's a shame that the staff can talk like that to its customers even indirectly. Parental permission was needed for the little one to have her ears pierced but it's the same once again there is a way of saying it and especially in front of a 4 year old girl already seeing her earrings in her ears. I totally advise against this shop.

I went to this store to replace the battery in my watch, when I picked up my watch it couldn’t charge my battery but claw it. I do not find it very professional nevertheless with product quality and present
