Hello,
I deposited 2 watches for a simple change of batteries.
One from Diesel, the other from Festina.
The Diesel was returned to me with only 2 batteries changed out of the four plus a broken needle inside and the Festina without changing the battery because it is supposedly Out of service, although it works very well before I give it to them.
A very, very bad experience for this shop which only knows how to sell but not to provide after-sales service.
Billing for 38 euros for putting my two watches out of service.
I definitely do not recommend this place.
Not bad as a jewelry store, there is a choice, there is something for all budgets. I was very well received by Fatima who gave me a lot of time and patience and who ended up finding what I was looking for.
Super pleasant staff. Found a solution to my problem. Now I think I'll only go to this one
