Error in re-ordering, inedible salad, lukewarm cheeseburgers, loyal customers, but our last orders were disappointing.

Scandalous. Order prepared at the time of booking and 1 hour later delivered on time. So cold meal! By calling, they want to make a gesture with the next order ... to be refunded yes. Very disappointed, and really unprofessional! You should read the reviews on justeat instead of always saying that it is crowded, exceptional location.

We got the ad in the letterbox (for once some new stuff so great, we'll try) We ordered for 6 people. Order made at 8:30 p.m. on September 13, 2020 by phone. We were told in 40min to 50min. We were delivered at 10:20 pm, almost 2 hours DELAY. I had called around 9:45 p.m. we were told that there were people, that the order was gone or whatever. I want to understand that there are people there but telling me between 40min and 50min and in the end 2 hours later is abused. (Say it right off the bat that it's crowded and it might take longer.) Also, we were missing a drink on a menu. The fries were cold and bland. And for a large order, it would be cool to write the name on the aluminum foil (example Tacos Sauce mayo) we had 3 tacos with different meats, different sauces. Fortunately, we didn't have allergies. I do not recommend and I would not order again. Next time I would read the reviews before ordering. Apparently I'm not the only one who got my order late. Positive point: The delivery man called me to say that he was 1min from my home. And no one on the phone pleasant. Cordially.

I was a loyal customer. Have ordered our menu have received our menu with I do not know how much time it would be late once it had passed but its too many times, very disappointed I will not come back. Its should be called "A Thousand and One Excuse" Good continuation .
