I thought Arc-en-Ciel was one of the best agencies in Bethune. Unfortunately no. I left my property with them for a year. Apart from a visit two days after the signing of the contract, I had no phone call from the agent, no email, no visits. NOTHING for a year. I know that the property was atypical. I had a lot of visits with the other agents and I managed to sell it. But I was very disappointed not to have had at least one phone call to give me even negative news. Five months after signing, I lowered the price by 40,000 € with their competitors. They haven't seen it. After a year without news, I sent them a registered letter to break my contract. Nobody called me. I was really disappointed.
