The agency is not professional, they make us wait 3 weeks for a house visit to finally tell us that their conditions do not correspond to ours. They keep changing their discourse. In addition, a friend who rented from them was unable to recover her keys in order to do the final cleaning. They cut the electricity therefore 0 means of checking there. I was present during the inventory of my friend, the usher did not listen when told that upon entering the accommodation, the traces / holes in the wall were already there (photo dated at support). The accommodation being small, she only had one bed in the room so it was not possible to have made traces on the wall. They do not update the photos of the accommodation and then they accuse the tenants upon their departure to take the full deposit from them !!! it is irremissible! This is what I call pure theft. Their responses to reviews are by no means professional: I quote "no comment" ... RUN AWAY !! there are other agencies that are much more fair and professional in Béthune.

Worst agency in Béthune! I don't recommend it at all. Student studios are sold in very poor condition. There is no follow-up, no state of entry place. So no chance of defending yourself at the exit. You can already say goodbye to your deposit once you leave. ------------- Supporting evidence regarding your charges? NO. I was a mobility student. I spent most of my time abroad so I didn't risk going to make traces on the high walls. And I'm not a dirty person! Go fool other students.

Despite the fact of not having found our happiness with this agency, the welcome is very cordial, we retain the kindness and availability of the trainee during visits.
