E-Concept 13 - Retrait colis

I ordered on the site. fast delivery and in accordance with the order. Unfortunately, jacket too big, returned to the seller, refunded within 3 days. Very serious site, I recommend. I will stop by the store during a trip to the Marseille region

I have made several purchases via the site and I have always had the pleasure of using their articles, it may be missing sizes but everything is well detailed and well presented, I recommend them with pleasure.

I do not recommend this site at all, order placed on 12/12/2019 with normally a delay of 6 days maximum but after 6 days they tell me that one of the refs is not in stock I replace it with a ref which is however marked in stock on the site hoping to have a minimum delay on my order, but I forgot that the lack of seriousness could go further because not in stock and waiting for supplier delivery. I finally received my order on 8/01/20. Given the delivery times, they have nothing in stock and order as and when their customers' orders

I received my package today, I am very satisfied with the contents, very good condition, no complaints.

Big doubt about my order after reading the comments but I had a quick response in an email to the after-sales service. My safety shoes arrived within a week. So fast shipping. Nothing to say, happy with this purchase. They seem comfortable and of good quality, to be confirmed over time. Only problem: the steps for the purchase are not clear. Reminder of order and delivery address before or even immediately after purchase?
