Usually very well served, I am extremely disappointed today. I bought a pair of boots for my daughter barely two days ago, this morning she tries them on for 20 minutes and after 5 times when she twists her ankle I tell her that it is not possible to keep them, they are too rigid, they do not hold there ankles, in short, nothing is right. We bring them back disappointed to make a trade and then I am told that it shows that they were worn, nothing is offered to me even a gesture on another pair. I'll let you judge the condition of the shoes but I don't think it's catastrophic. I think this store lost a customer and yet given the context the customers are rather precious ...
