Very unpleasant saleswoman, no need to even ask for a size or information, she sends us out for a walk! Not at all made for commerce, not welcoming at all! (Elderly lady)

The reception is mixed. I like the store but during my last visit we felt that the customer was in the chain, I tried to put in a little exchange but it remains very cold. And very brief answers, few sizes available.

Loyal customer for several years, very disappointed with my last visit. 4 days after the purchase of a pair of shoes, a thong "came off" (barely worn 10 min). Confident I went to the store to report it and possibly hope for an exchange. Against all expectations the saleswoman was rude and haughty, but she nevertheless advised me to go to the shoemaker !! Great to buy a new pair to go to the shoemaker 4 days later ...... Disappointing from A to Z.

Disappointed with the welcome my daughter took some remarks because she sat in two different places and with the covid the saleswoman was going to have to clean up behind us I understand but there is a way to say it especially to a little girl who was totally embarrassed to be scolded like this This unfortunately does not make me want to come back There's a way to put it anyway Adult Jeff store ditto I felt very unwelcome

I love this shop, and a saleswoman is particularly on top with good advice and always smiling.
