Impeccable quality and service. Smiling and very helpful staff.

Very disappointed because the prices are interesting, the staff friendly, but problems with each order! Especially broken yogurts, crushed products because they are not stored properly in the bags. Last misadventure, spoiled chicken with white dots. Supporting photos we reported (certainly several days after) the inconvenience, we have as feedback from the quality manager that: our complaint was too late, therefore they could not do anything ... No excuse, no refund no commercial gesture ... The Leclerc Bruay drive is over for us !!

Good but a lot of unavailable products.

Disappointed, very disappointed. I love Leclerc products, so I regularly drive to Bruay because it is close to home. But often 1 or 2 products are missing in my orders, each time I have to call to let them know (outside the epidemic period) And my last order I missed about twenty products. No one noticed. I had to call 5 times before my order was repaired for the next day. Barely escuses and no gesture. Never again for me
