I remind 40: nobody, I am told that the taxi is near. The taxi ended up arriving at 50 (taxi call to let them know when they arrived at 6:49 p.m.), no one would have told me if I hadn't called. Considering the traffic, I would have missed my train if I had taken it. When you order a taxi it is to be on time, and the least you can do is to let the customer know if they are not. I ended up taking the bus: at least he is on time, and especially in good faith. Indeed, arrived at the station, I meet the manager of the company who dares to come and lecture me, irritated, and who reproaches me for having left and not having waited for the taxi 20 minutes late compared to the basic hour, and who dares to tell me that the taxi was on time (the height of bad faith) !! We think we are dreaming! Rather, it is up to the manager to apologize for the delay to the customer, and for not having called to warn! And not to the customer to apologize for not waiting for the cab ... I'm hallucinating. Start by doing your job well before coming to lecture people who have nothing to be ashamed of. So avoid if you want to arrive on time where you want to go, if you want to be kept informed if there is a delay, and if you do not want to face bad faith on a further level rarely matched. If I had known I would have called another company, and luckily there are.

Taxi drivers are very friendly and serious. Better than booking the day before for the departure of tomorrow.
