Emergencies and Horrible team! I had wisdom teeth operated in Reims, I couldn't stand the anesthesia. Vomiting ect .. after 5 days of vomiting, I couldn't eat or drink, I couldn't take my antibiotics, I swell more and more, and in places where I am not supposed to be swollen (nose, arch, under eyes), I'm weak I can't stand, the pain is unbearable, I spoke with difficulty and I couldn't open my mouth (even to pass my pinky finger to give you an idea). So I end up going to emergency on a Sunday because I start to blow my nose dark yellow orange limit. I am greeted by execrable women, my mother could not stay with me so yes I am of age but I cannot speak correctly and I cannot stand up, mean limit, the doctor opens my mouth by force, press on my cheeks (I remember that I am coming out of an operation of the 4 wisdom teeth). A nurse hands me 2 dafalgan and a large glass of water, I take the pills and tell him that I will surely vomit, that nothing will pass. She told me word for word "stop your cinema and take the tablets" 5 minutes later I had vomited .. and I had thoughts because I had vomited on the floor ... he had not given me any bean to vomit. They end up infusing me with dafalgan and taking me to the 4 seats at the far end of the corridor. After 10 minutes I feel the nausea coming back I ask for a bean from 4 passing nurse, still nothing, I vomit myself half on it, the nurse arrives with her bean and takes me out "we are not going to spend our day cleaning up behind you " Completely in the vapes I do not answer. After an hour and a half of waiting to still vomit in the same bean that ended up piercing itself, I decided to ask a relative of a patient to help me walk to the reception. Arrived at the reception "ho madam! You are in a good mood, we can do nothing more for you, sign that and off you go" I sign without reading (big mistake) I had only one desire: to go from there! I was barely standing and I had to go back alone to the parking lot to find my parents and without a prescription .. on returning to my partner's house he discovered that the emergency services made me sign a refusal of care paper .. I only asked for that they treat me .. so I went the next morning to my dentures, the result was a big infection which gained the sinuses in addition to the wounds which were oozing. And yes, because of the vomiting the antibiotics did not have time to pass through my body ...

Arrival at emergencies and immediate support by competent, professional and friendly staff Diagnosis proven after radio blood test and scanner. Thank you to all the emergency personnel and in particular to the doctor who took the time (2 minutes by the way) but several times and it is so rare because we are unfortunately more often left in a systematic stressful wait. 3rd visit to the emergency room. The previous 2 equally satisfactory Directed in intensive care And the same feeling of confidence I stayed there for 3 days and all the staff were equally professional efficient, encouraging and available. Thank you to all the women in this department, though busy, for their kindness too. I understand, I really appreciate this hospital. 😊

Great welcome from both nursing assistants, nurses and doctors. Arrived following a chest pain, I was immediately taken care of with a complete blood test and radio which changes other hospitals. Thanks again

haughty nurses disrespectful and ungrateful towards their patients barely arrived I was cataloged denigrated and treated coldly and inhumanly to believe that we are not humans for them but cattle. caregivers who do not respect their profession at all who judge people by their appearances and who dare to tell us to treat us with respect (for them respect is only a word that passes by the word) their attitudes is very deplorable I felt very uncomfortable and not at all in my place in this hospital to believe that I disturbed them more than anything else I left of my own free will it was so unpleasant when yet the emergency room was almost empty I almost want to file a complaint against them for facies offense it's not normal to be so mistreated by people who are basically there to support us and put us at least at ease it's really disgusting to let people so weak and humanly poor to work in hospitals it's a great shame to have such a great lack of civility on their part

In urgent need of an ophthalmologist for my 9 year old son, I recommend Dr Boumezrag and Dr Galihyni. (Not on ortho) Doctors listening. No need to ask questions because the explanations are so precise !! the secretaries very kind and smiling. I recommend
