A disaster !! A shame this agency ... 3 years ago I moved from Lyon, so I decided to close my lcl account. Resetting the account to zero in cents, registered letter, return of means of payment cb, checkbook. And surprise today I receive a letter from a bailiff for an overdraft of more than 1000 euros on this account never closed ... In 3 years not an email, not a letter, not an SMS but CB fees, overdrafts and other abusive amounts on a phantom account up to the maximum authorized overdraft ... And the bailiff directly who found me in 1 email !!! No explanation from LcL who confirms having received the closing letter 3 years ago but never did his job ... Impossible to dialogue, impossible to settle the problem? I never succeeded in reaching the litigation service and only the payment of the amount to the bailiff and a harassment allowed me to definitively close my account! INCOMPETENT THIEVES

Hello Every month the bank takes money from me. Bank null I advise against, the manager is not emphatic and nothing to do with customers. A bank that is not flexible and incomprehensible towards its customers. In short, I advise against everyone.
