The support was fast and of good quality. Nevertheless, the prices charged are truly excessive and unjustifiable! 100 € for the consultation + 53 € for the "vomiting package" + 23 € for a drug = 176 €! Our little dog having eaten a chocolate in front of our eyes, the diagnosis was clearly made when we arrived. So how can you justify invoicing a consultation at 100 €? It cannot be the brief clinical examination. How not to charge only the "vomiting package"? Would the consultation only be an expensive entry fee to pay? I understand very well that the rates of an emergency veterinary center are higher than a traditional consultation, but the manner and the amount cannot be justified. In short, despite genuinely satisfactory care, I will not recommend this center, unless I am really forced to do so by the circumstances. Wouldn't it be this kind of situation that we would try to take advantage of?
