After having opposed my cb, I wanted to make a withdrawal at the counter which was refused. Not for financial reasons, but only because it was afternoon. The clerk was more execrable even insulting limit ... I had to go to my agency in Montplaisir Lumière on foot (no more payment) where a withdrawal at the counter during the afternoon was possible. I have been an lcl customer for 21 years, I was thinking of transferring my lcl account to the jean mace agency because it is closer to my new home, I am now thinking of changing my banking institution

Only one undeserved star, I put it only to be able to describe my dissatisfaction concerning this agency. My advisor hates working, several reminders before having an answer, not to mention the cold reception, brief detestable agency to flee without delay. I change.

The friendliness of some person at the reception leaves clearly to be desired. The gentleman I was dealing with might have to change jobs. To be at the reception in my opinion requires certain criteria whose contempt, disinterest and coldness seem to me to be excluded. When, from one week to the next in an agency, I potentially receive a service that is so impossible the following week, it barely conceals the lack of desire to render service.

pro account for 4 years, never joinable, never available by phone, no service and on the other hand pump fees galore !! to flee :: fed up with these bankers !!

With my association we opened an account last September and had access to the online account only at the end of December because the mail with the code did not arrive (whereas that of the BC, yes) and after harassing our advisor ( who is, by the way, the director of the agency).
