I agree with the comments of my predecessors. Beyond the inadmissible deadlines to obtain a credit card (more than a month and a half for a pro account), the staff are condescending and incompetent. Worse still, when I reproach the "flagrant incompetence" of the "advisers" on my file, my advisor stoops to outright discrimination, telling me that if he does not know my past he "knows my age. "and therefore doubts my ability to understand the operation of a CB command. Deplorable behavior, no advice, no availability, unimaginable response times ... Run away.
