To succeed to join them on the phone I wish you good luck! The best you can hope for is a remote advisor who will give you the direct line of your advisor who will be either absent or on email. I gave a check on Tuesday of last week, we are currently Wednesday the week after and I can not even reach someone to find out what is happening (of course the check is still not past) !
