Hello, I am contacting you about a problem following my visit to your hair salon located in the confluence shopping center at 112 Cours Charlemagne on Wednesday August 5, 2020. I asked one of your employees if she could make me a hairstyle similar to this photo (see polar blond photo) She replied that I could never have this color of hair, so offered to do something as similar as possible. So she offered to give me a balayage in the same tones, so I agreed. I came out afterwards with very fine strands, 80s style, something I absolutely wanted to avoid. I wanted a result the opposite of that because I wanted a seamless rendering. So I come out of your hairdressing salon with a "marbled" effect on the head. (view the photo) In addition, there are oxidation spots (see photo) So I paid a total of 124 euros (without the products). So I go back to your Franck Provost hairdressing salon to complain about the totally different result that I had and I ask for an immediate refund because the hairdresser did not warn me at all that I was going to have locks of this kind. and besides I did not ask for wicks. Your employee refuses to reimburse me and remains in her position, the person who did my hair supposedly warned me that I was going to have locks which is not at all the truth. Good evening I post my opinion a little late but I had my hair done Thursday without appointment by Maxim who was really very welcoming very good Hairdresser who took the time to make a diagnosis with me to advise me it is really important blow-drying cut really I do not regret my square at all. The hairdresser in the living room was welcoming and smiling too. I had my 11 month old son with me I was afraid he would disturb the hairdressers but she didn't hesitate to play with him a little bit when he cry a bit .. that put Alaise on me. The hygiene was there disinfection after each client ... really I am very happy and I will come back. I recommend this salon.
