Sixt Lyon Perrache

I believe it's the worst place to rent a car. The guy didn't tell about kilometres' limit per day and he wrote wrong my email. He wrote.fr instead of .com and I was a foreigner in France! Ridiculous customer service, non professional crew and for 24 hours the company charged me about 600+€! Don't ever choose sixt!

Just like any other branch of Sixt. Very nice and polite staff who will accommodate our requests and gets it done. Had to drop off the car back to the same city due to train cancellations. They had refunded the amount they quoted as one way fee earlier. Thanks again.

The worst customer service we have ever dealt with in a car company. We rented a car in Nice and was told we would pay a total amount that was on our contract. When we arrived in Lyon they charged us 200 more euros because of the km which the agency in Nice did not mention at all! Do not rent from them!
