experience catastrophic
I saw rather negative / mixed reviews on Rentiz, which made me hesitate to book. In the end, we had no choice but to go through them since they were the only ones to offer us a suitable rental (a 20m3 to collect in Lyon and then drop off 500 km away). Finally RAS: I may have just been lucky, but we had a recent truck, in perfect condition, and everything went very well. So I recommend 100%;)
Application fees amounting to € 350 despite the total franchise buyback insurance. The most unpleasant customer service. I strongly advise against. Attractive marketing without customer service.
A word of advice: avoid Rentiz at all costs!

Forget the Europcar, mingat, Ada and other brands! Rent here carefree. Everything is transparent and no surprises.
