Efficient, flexible, and I’m happy with the rates I paid. I had to change the van I had rented midway through the day and it was all sorted very quickly without any fuss. The entrance is a bit narrow but if you’re not feeling too confident about getting through the gap you can leave the car parked outside.

It was another excellent experience with Sixt. They are always quick and accurate. Because it was the bank holiday on my drop-off day, while all other companies were closed, I was able to rent the car from Sixt. After the rental, I parked the car in their dedicated and safe parking place and left the key in the key box. Also, a special thanks to Jeremy, who took care of my reservation. Even I was one of the last clients of the day, he provided excellent service with his high energy.

Even arriving after hours, by a chance and luck, I was able to get my rental. Thomas, the counter guy, was incredibly nice and helpful. If it wasn't for him, my trip would have started really bad. Thanks a lot Thomas !

August 27th 2019 Due to a car-breakdown we were sent by the insurance company to this location to pick up a car arranged by the insurance. The appointment for a Renault Talisman was scheduled at 6 p.m., due to uncertainties between Sixt headquarters and this local agency, we were initially unable to take the car with us, so our family were put on the street with luggage after closing time and the shutters were closed. We went to a hotel. The insurance company was shocked by this treatment and has submitted a report to Sixt head office. The next day we received our car. The car itself, was a masterpiece. Clean, full with petrol, and brand new.

No hassle and easy to pick up pre-arranged rental. Staff were friendly and very clear about what is included and what is not. No hard sell on upgrades or insurance packages, simply provide the information and let you decide. Made the overall process much smoother for me.
