Have you seen all the many negative comments about this Hertz agency in Vénissieux? Well I add mine! Made a reservation mid-July for a mid-August departure. Based on a cashier's check agreement for the deposit. I called this morning, 3 days before departure, to check that everything is OK. Patatras ... the boss tells me that I did not understand anything and that he does not accept cashier's checks. In addition, very aggressive, sure of himself, and very rude. Suddenly I find myself stuck without a car for my vacation. So agency to avoid at all costs ...

Great team well served clean vehicle nothing to say about this agency

By far my worst rental experience. The boss is not only incompetent, but more aggressive and dishonest. Their phone line is cut, their system is not connected to the internet and every day dozens of people pay for cars that do not exist. They ruined our vacation, like many others before us, and I imagine, after us. A scandal, because of an incompetent.

No vehicle available despite booking on site! It wasn't even apologized!
