To flee!!! We went to Citroën with the aim of buying a used vehicle and we were very poorly received. First of all, we wandered into the lobby for 10 minutes because none of the sales representatives came to greet us (coffee and cigarette break more important than the customer apparently ...) We had to intercept a commercial in order to obtain information. But when it came time to give our maximum budget, the sales representative could not help telling us that we would never find a vehicle at this price (8,500 euros being already a nice sum) To flee therefore, and we found our happiness in neighboring competition

Regarding the vehicle purchase part, I put a solid 4/5, because for the 2 purchases we made, we were received in a satisfactory and warm manner. On the other hand for the after-sales service, I will give a big zero point if I could. Indeed, in addition to the deadlines given in a fork (from 1 to 6 weeks), when you request a quote, we take your name, an email address, and we leave you in the dark without news! (Contrary to what the person who takes note of your request promises you)
