I am not even a customer myself, I arrived today to request the recovery of my card, which was well eaten by the machine at the Bel Air shopping center. The woman at the reception told me directly that that would not be possible, you have to ask for a new card. This bank does not even have the possibility to manage the ATMs in the city, nor to contact someone who can do it. A very high level of incompetence, even for a French bank.

Very surprised by the opinions. We have bought a house recently very good exchange with the director as well as our advisor. For once a bank is human. It may depend on the advisor, but I recommend this bank!

Very bad experience with a new counselor whose name I would not say. We buy our house and a week before the signing, Madame never deigned to respond to the requests of my husband and myself, whether by telephone or by email. (Unfortunately for us it is the banker who has the very heavy task of making a click to make the transfer to the notary, essential movement for signing ...) Even our broker sent unanswered emails. I ended up having another colleague on the phone who made the transfer for her, (A very kind and responsive woman) except that we needed to speak to our advisor to find out the exact amount of the amount to be transferred to the notary. Result, an overflow (fortunately for us, otherwise we could not have signed). Anyway Just unacceptable and never seen in this bank with which I have been for years, and the rest of my family too, by the way. However nothing to say about the Director of the agency who knew how to take into account our request and finally find a solution quickly. Just a counselor who can't do her job. Too bad when you are supposed to “advise” your customers ...

Deplorable customer service. Incident on my accounts. Transfer made without my agreement. Very rude person. Bank to avoid.

Hello, For my part, I am quite surprised by the opinions on this bank. I opened my account at the end of November 2019 as part of a mortgage application. The appointments were obtained quickly, without any difficulty. The counselors and the director are really very attentive. Thanks to the agency the writing of the loan offer was made in record time because I sign at the notary in early January. Thanks again to them. cordially
