Some work had been carried out in another garage last year since at Renault, it is one service per year. Rather than asking me what has been done, no it is added to the estimate .... Timing belt, diesel filter .... well, good amount of the huge quote. I ask the operator for explanations, who tells me that she is not a diviner and that if I do not tell her, she cannot know it. It's true but she didn't ask me and I'm coming for an eco overhaul. Afterwards she tells me that I'm too smart for her. so on and the best. I would like to point out that it is a garage where I come every year except last year because the price was really very high. I told him that given the reception, I will not come. Rather than understand me, she tells me, okay, I understand, it's okay .... Bravo to this garage that I could have advised you in the past but which is ultimately to be avoided. We are not cash cows and it is out of the question to go to someone who sees in you only a wallet.
