I can't tell any downside of this shop. A professional English-speaking gentleman called Brian helped me a lot for fixing my laptop in a good price as well as with clean and detailed descriptions. Unfortunately my laptop didn't revive in the end, but I am quite satisfied with my new laptop I bought here. Though I'm sure it was a pain, they installed all the software I needed and also put the windows into my language (Japanese) on my new laptop. I will definitely come back here when I have any problem regarding PC. Thank you so much for everything !
