Very bad experience moving my piano. I do not recommend this company at all. Already for the estimate it was not very clear. And then just a day before I moved out he called me to try to change the date. On the day of work he came with one other man to take my piano up to the second floor. When I got to my new apartment he refused to do so, without the help of two men who I had hired to help me with my sofas. The two men were not at all expected or ready to help him but he left us no alternative. The move is already so stressful and my experience with it was just awful. Go read the reviews on her Facebook page, I'm not the only one with a bad review. * EDIT * I'm doing an edit of my original review. The owner contacted me several times by email and sms to threaten me with legal proceedings for 'defamation'. He was offended by some of the words in my original review.

On the verge of acquiring a piano from an individual or knowing nothing I had a Mr. Goubet on the phone to ask for advice and frankly bravo it was nice to give me advice knowing that I will not buy at home he has been listening and it is proposed to accompany me and grant it before the purchase to be sure I make a good choice. I will keep you informed

Very disappointing experience with the manager to whom I rented a piano that tried to rip me off. May seem nice at first, but beware.

Very kind, Jean-Michel was able to be responsive to carry us a grand piano. The piano has been handled with care and leads to destination while flexibility.
