Caution Scam. I placed an order, which has never been delivered. Can not reach someone from the company The phone number provided on the website is redirected to a call center. After multiple calls I always got the same answer: "They are in a meeting ..." Brief website to avoid if you do not want to lose your money like me.

I strongly advise against this completely dishonest company. Let me explain : - I contacted Ardis to know if they were able to make an intervention on my alarm which I previously gave the reference. The boss of the company answered me yes without problem and sent me an estimate of intervention that I signed. - Their technician then intervened at home to make the intervention. Although he was nice, he quickly told me that he was not used to intervening on this type of alarm. After 1 to 2 hours of attempt, he gave up the intervention by explaining to me that the "technician code" that I had given him, necessary for any intervention at the programming level of the alarm, was not the correct code. Assuming he was in good faith, I believed him. - I then conducted my investigation to verify this technician code. After having checked and re-verified this especially with the manufacturer of the alarm itself, and also with another security company knowing this time very well my alarm model, I understood that: 1 ° the technician code was the correct one 2 ° to modify the programming of my alarm, it is necessary to come with a specific material (software + cable of connection) that did not have the technician of Ardis when it came. Contrary to what was said by this technician, it is strictly impossible to enter the technician code directly on the keypad of my plant, as he tried to do many times during his intervention. I therefore contact the boss of Ardis, Mr Pellet, to explain this to him, being persuaded that he will recognize his mistake and that he will propose a solution. He answers me that all this is false, refuses to admit that his technician does not know the alarm and assures me that the intervention could not be carried out of my fact because the technician code that I had given was false. I said that since then, another company much more serious and competent came, and confirmed to me that this technician code is correct. Given the lack of seriousness and incompetence of Ardis Services, I ask the boss Mr Pellet to refund the deposit already paid and cancel the order. He refuses and will even explain to me that he will send me a new invoice for payment of the time spent by his technician + travel expenses! In short, Ardis wants me to pay for an intervention when they do not even know that this intervention was impossible because they did not have the equipment for it. I hallucinate !!!!! Update of 3/9: The new company that I have called has just finished its intervention. Everything is now working perfectly and the famous technician code was the right one. This company was nevertheless forced to completely reset the alarm system and reprogram it, because the Ardis technician had corrupted the system by making forbidden manips during his previous visit. All the more reason to totally discourage yourself from working with Ardis Services ... !!!

Following purchase of DSC Alexor alarm pack + additional products. Shipping on time. Competetive price. Installation instructions not suitable for individuals. After-sales service does not give an answer to a problem with proximity badges. Except to say that the technician who could answer is on vacation and probably for a long time because several weeks after still no return despite recovery. Company impossible to reach by phone. Otherwise for the moment satisfied with the products purchased.
