Interflora

Mind the Interflora+ scam that they make you opt-in by default if you do not untick the box. Pretty sure this is illegal practice btw.

Horrible experience. I have been using Interflora for the last few years now to send flowers for my aunt's birthday who lives ALONE in Rennes-France. Unfortunately, this time around, they failed to deliver my flowers. They argued that my aunt wasn't home and that they had left am"avis de passage" which is untrue because there is nowhere to leave the said notice. They didn't call my aunt to establish a new time of delivery either. When I contacted Interflora, they where dismissive and cold. My aunt didn't get anything for her 84th birthday. They couldn't care less.

easy online service. final product better than photo. delivered quickly.

I ordered flowers a week ago. They were never delivered. I've received countless robot responses from interflora, and one statement that the telephone number I provided was not working. I replied with the phone number after double checking it's accuracy. Still no delivery and no attempt to telephone the number I provided. Very clearly a scam or very, very inept management. Wish I had checked reviews before placing an order.

I made this order in France... it was not cheap at all but the kind of flowers we recieved had nothing to do with what we chose!!! Not using this NEVER again and I won't recomend it.
