Since January I have been waiting for the remainder of my daily allowance, I am told that my request has been forwarded to another service since I have been waiting. It must be at least 10 emails that I sent them and that they answer me the same thing. impossible to get them by phone. Currently they still have not reimbursed me for my dental expenses. We are taken for ****, you like to put people in difficult situations! Put yourself in the place of others because if it was you will be in a big mess! When we send a care sheet with a normal stamp it is NEVER treated, ie never received, so we have to do the process again and send it with a FOLLOW-UP and there it is quickly processed and well received! This is not normal, we have to believe that they do not want to reimburse!

I expected an endless queue, suddenly I came on a Wednesday morning. But I was blown away: ten clients were treated simultaneously individually. When my turn came (I had 4 clients in front of me, it took about 5 minutes), the counselor quickly identified my request and was very efficient.
