If I could have put "O" star, I would have put it! Rental establishment ABSOLUTELY AVOID! We rented a 20 m3 van with hatchback on October 19, 2020. The tailgate did not close properly and did not stick to the van. There was at least six inches left. It was raining those days for our move. The furniture that was located near the tailgate was all damaged by water that seeped into the van. Result: irrecoverable furniture because soaked in water. No one had warned us of this malfunction and yet Leclerc location knew it. The next day, my husband had to return to Leclerc to have the dysfunction noticed. Response from Leclerc: "we know but that does not prevent the van from working (sic!). NEVER AGAIN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND I MAKE IT KNOWN AROUND ME;

DO NOT RENT AT THEM We hired a truck for our move just before the confinement started. Their behavior is bordering on legal. They made us pay a very high price for repairing a crack in the mudguard not reported on the report but most likely already there (because corresponding to a large scratch observed up to the said mud station). In addition they took us 2 times the amount provided (luckily we were vigilant !!). Knowing that they let us go with a half-broken rag..brief no positive element

To avoid! Unpleasant experience with a strange character !! The speech is not clear and sir makes us wait almost 30 minutes because the rental is not his priority! Result ... departure with the vhl 45 minutes after the schedule provided when booking !!! Unacceptable !! Diverts attention and all the damaged parts are not immediately stipulated. I take as many photos as possible because I sense the potentially problematic situation! I understand that some people can be fooled by these dubious practices ... on the other hand, the person to whom I returned the vhl was professional. No problem catching up ...
