15 jours pour recevoir un colis qui devait arriver pour Noël !!! J'ai du appeler plusieurs fois pour savoir où en était la commande ! Quand on paie des frais de port on s'attend à plus de rapidité !!! 2 semaines au lieu de 72h !!!! De plus un colis énorme pour qq articles ! J'ai vu, j'ai testé, je ne commanderai plus. Et qu'on ne dise pas que c'est un problème de transporteur car commande passée le 18 décembre et pris en charge par le transporteur le 30 décembre !!!!!

Terrible customer service policy! many relay points being closed, they never wanted to grant a home delivery when I had an order of € 59, the minimum being € 60 !!! they prefer to do without a customer than to grant a justified delivery, incomprehensible commercial policy. Me, who is a regular customer every month for my dog, it is obvious that I preferred to open an account with another business!

to flee, Cat tree ordered last week, despite taking a fast home delivery option, the delivery man did not come by and delivered it to a relay point. The relay point tells us not to be in its possession. TNT customer service and customer service are not responding. Clearly we have several hundred euros in nature without being able to reach anyone, great scam.

Deplorable customer service I placed an order for croquettes on Monday morning the 26th (therefore out of confinement), having received no dispatch response on Thursday morning, I called and the person on the phone did not know that the crossroads hypermarkets remained open during confinement (I remind you that Croquetteland is a subsidiary of the Carrefour group !!!!!), I had to confirm by email 1 hour after the phone call !!! I am told that the deliveries in parcel relay must be canceled and on the site they are maintained ...... Since Thursday my order is being dispatched, the parcel relay is still not in possession of the latter. I will no longer order from this store, I have to go to the store to pick up the kibble, an expense that was not planned and weighs down my budget

Good e-commerce site I am a loyal customer, but it may stop because customer service is sometimes inefficient. An article in the wild for over two months, it seems they forgot to come back to me. At the beginning they criticized me for not having checked the parcel when it turns out that the article was sent separately and the parcel lost ... They have just canceled an order because my relay point would be not essential which is false in view of the list and that the relay point in question confirmed to me that it remained open. Great efforts have been made since to rectify the situation.
