In question, a craftsman who is rather bad (sorry) and an honesty / professionalism of the company to question. - wooden plate (we also asked for wood, not wood veneer) poorly cut with silicone gasket that I had to redo myself because the result was just ugly - wall not plumbed: result of tiling skirting boards which are not straight (even their own tiler has complained) - a groove in a wall which leaves visible the sheath of cables that it is supposed to cover - the bare floor under the bathtub: it's not a problem as long as the siphon is properly installed, which was not the case. Result: water leak and infiltration in several walls up to a wall outside the bathroom. The coating was wet in several places and in some began to rot, the paint blistered. Everything was redone several times on my side without correcting the problem before I decided to contact SLV - they came to see the problem and released themselves from any responsibility, believing that the work had been done well on their side and that it was probably a leak in the building's piping that was the cause. Obliged to bring in an expert to note the damage with their sales representative (one of the only ones who is friendly in this business - I pity him, moreover, he is subject to the decisions of his boss, who remains well stashed I don't know where). - more than 6 months to obtain complete repairs and these were not without difficulty: tiling was broken around the inspection hatch of the bathtub (this is what happens when we try to open with a screwdriver ...), the craftsman left without saying anything and I did not notice it until after his departure. SLV still asked me to use the rest of the tiles for the change (I refused, I am a neophyte in the field and the management of works but do not push). At the time of re-plastering, the craftsman arrives at my house (luckily I was not at work) I passed him outside. I was not aware that he was coming and he did not know his specifications for the repairs of the day: ZERO communication in the company and this is not the only example ... In short, you will understand. It did not go well and I pass (style the bathtub left with a deep cut to the laying of the tiles around, they did not want to change it). Trying to find other artisans may be a little more expensive but will do much more careful work. In the end, we have what we paid for: mediocrity.
