Here is my experience: I explained my problem of very low water pressure in my detached house and Mr. TRUCHET identified the problem during our telephone conversation. Notice: regulator probably H.S. He even asked me to try to unlock it by myself by manipulating the adjusting screw! I think this is the first time that a craftsman has given me the tips to get me out of a situation by myself. After a few attempts on my part, without success, I contacted him again to make an appointment. Appointment made the next day to avoid any inconvenience. Perfect punctuality. Verdict: H.S regulator, indeed. Piece changed in stride, with quality work, despite great difficulty of access to the regulator. By the way I asked him to change an H.S. tap and I am also 100% satisfied with the result. Without forgetting that Mr. TRUCHET carried out the repair when he had to be on vacation but was annoyed to leave us with this inconvenience of water pressure for several days.
